Sauteed Green Beans with Ground Beef

Ingredients:
-
1 pound green beans
-
¼ pound ground beef
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 medium onion, chopped
-
2 medium tomatoes, diced
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
-
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-
salt to taste
Directions:
-
In a deep pan or wok, saute garlic and onions in hot oil and cook until onions are translucent
-
Add ground beef and black pepper and cook until beef changes color
-
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and saute for about 2 minutes
-
Add green beans, tomatoes, and water
-
Cook covered until beans are cooked, stirring occasionally
-
Season with salt
