Thoughts on the Mindoro Sea Mishap
I first learned of the heartbreaking news from my friend about the ferry in Mindoro that capsized and killed about 12 passengers and injuring 42 others last May 23. Among the dead are two children, Franco Eugenio, 3, and Anton Eugenio Cruz, 2. What was supposed to be a family holiday trip and first sand castles experience for the children turned out to be an unimaginable tragedy.
