Location: Malaybalay, Bukidnon
Celebrated from the second half of February to March 10

The city of Malaybalay, Bukidnon in Northern Mindanao beckons travelers with a month long Kaamulan festival.

What makes Kaamulan unique from other festivals in the Philippines is the participation of indigenous tribes of Bukidnon which is the magic of this celebration. Seven tribes of the province display their traditional arts, dances, songs, folklores, and costumes which makes the festival a virtual study of Philippine culture and arts.

Kaamulan is one festival that a Filipino must experience once in his lifetime and one other reason to visit enticing Mindanao.
