DADS / KAMAYAN / SAISAKI
As good as ever, bar none! If you haven’t been to Dads/Kamayan/Saisaki of the Triple V restaurants, then you haven’t yet savored the most affordable quality Filipino and Japanese cuisines all you can eat for the price of P500++. The Filipino dishes range from traditional adobos to rich paellas, kare-kare to grilled seafoods. There’s a wide variety of delicious desserts and fresh fruits. What also sets this restaurant apart is their authentic japanese specialties made more appetizing by the ‘live’ preparations by skillful yukata clad chefs. The place is always filled to the rafters during peak hours and that is for a good reason. It helps that the interiors are bright, spacious and clean, not to mention that they also use a special odor exhaust system to blow the clinging cooking smell away.

Quite unfortunate that the quality of the food has deteriorated over time. It has become what I can classify as ‘fast food’ type.
fastfood? are you serious??? i just went there last January. if this is fastfood to you, this is an excellent fastfood!
I was looking forward to going here. A relative had her despidida party held here. The restaurant layout leave much to be desired. Parang naguguluhan ako ng sobra sa ayos ng restaurant na ito. My biggest disappointments:
1. The food were all cold.
2. There were many near-empty or empty platters and getting the food replenished took a while. That should not be.
3. Variety was not their best feature. They all tasted the same. Nothing stood out.
4. Saisaki, being a Japanese restaurant, there should have been Japanese desserts but I did not see any. The desserts were just too ordinary, too native. Sana meron man lang leche plan..eh kaso alaws! Very disppointed talaga me.
The positive:
1. The service was OK.
For the money we paid (which I thought was overpriced) for all 3 restaurants, other smorgasbord place that we have tried in the past gave us more bang for our bucks…like Kamay-Kainan and Cabalen both in S.M. North and Red Crab.
I therefore cannot recommend this place if you are looking forward to a sumptuous dinner that’s reasonably priced.
