Jay-J’s Inasal

Jay-j’s serves grilled foods and other ‘pulutans’ popular among barkadas and big dining families. Whenever i have to bring my big family out for dinner, Jay-j’s is on top of the list because one, being a balikbayan, i naturally opt for filipino foods not to mention that i also foot the bill, and two, it is very affordable. The foods are delicious and satisfying with right portions served on banana leaf.

The sisig is very popular with the crushed chicharon on top… it really gives it a different texture.  My pamangkin also likes the ‘turon’ with ice cream.

The restaurant gets really busy specially after office hours and gimik times during the weekends.  During these times, you probably need to be a little bit more aggressive on ordering and following up on your food because you can’t just stare and hope to be served right away.  These situations are pretty understandable for busy restaurants.

Where to find:
#92 Mother Ignacia St., Timog Avenue
Quezon City
Phone Number: 374-8495

Jay-j’s is also available in Ortigas, SM Fairview and Macapagal Ave.
